What goes on the wall

From one logo to a whole room

Wall vinyl costs less than hand painting, goes up faster, and can be reprinted when something changes.

  • Printed murals

Full-color artwork printed on wall vinyl in panels and lined up on site, from an accent wall to a whole room.

  • Brick & textured walls

Brick, block and textured walls need a softer film pressed into the texture with heat. Tell us the wall type and it gets planned in.

What the wall needs

Paint, texture and timing

Vinyl sticks best to smooth, clean, fully cured paint. Freshly painted walls need a few weeks before anything goes on, and some flat or low-odor paints don’t hold adhesive well. That’s why a large mural gets a look at the wall before it’s quoted.

Brick, block and heavy texture can take vinyl too, with a conformable film worked in with heat. It takes longer to install, so close-up photos of the surface help the quote.

How to measure a wall

Rough numbers are fine. Every job is measured in person before anything is printed.

  • Measure the whole wall, width and height in inches, even if the graphic will be smaller.
  • Note outlets, switches, trim, windows and doors on that wall.
  • Say what the wall is: drywall, brick, block, tile or wood.
  • Take one straight-on photo and one close-up of the surface.

Before you ask

Wall graphic questions

Will it damage my paint?

It depends on the paint and how well the wall was primed. The wall gets checked before anything goes up, and you’ll hear about any risk first.

Do you design murals?

Simple layouts with your logo, name and text are included. Full mural artwork is quoted separately so you know the cost up front, or you can bring your own artwork.

How big can a mural be?

Murals are printed in panels and joined on the wall, so the wall sets the limit, not the printer.

Can you install when we’re closed?

Yes. Evening and weekend installs are available, so you don’t have to close.

Where we install

All over the city
